UMB is discontinuing our gift card program. Effective March 1, 2025, we will no longer issue lost, stolen or replacement cards and a check will be mailed for any remaining balance on your card. Effective April 1, 2025, all open cards will be closed. We strongly encourage you to use your entire balance before April 1, 2025. Please also take a moment to register your card in your name. We will send a check for any remaining balance on your card after the account is closed if the card has been registered in your name and we have a valid mailing address. Otherwise, balances will be escheated to the State of Missouri.
