Where can my Lincoln Rebate Card be used?
Anywhere a Visa Debit card is accepted, your Lincoln Rebate Card can travel, as well.
Is my card used as credit or debit?
We leave the choice to you. If you choose to use your card as credit, all you need is a signature on the receipt. If you prefer debit, simply provide your PIN to verify the transaction.
Can my card be used in a purchase that is larger than my balance?
Always verify your balance before making a purchase. If your purchase exceeds your remaining rebate balance, the transaction will be declined. You can, however, combine your rebate with another form of payment such as another card, cash or check. Simply notify the merchant that you’d like to use multiple forms of payment and specify how much you’d like to put on your rebate card.
Can I reuse my rebate card?
Unfortunately, your rebate card’s journey ends once your rebate funds are exhausted. It cannot be reloaded.
What if my card is lost or stolen?
Contact us immediately by calling 1.855.477.1130. We’ll cancel your card and send you a replacement with the remaining balance, minus a $5 replacement fee.
How do I check my balance?
Simply contact us via the number on the back of your card or visiting www.bankofamerica.com/lincolnrebates. Balance inquiries are available anytime at no cost.
How can I change my PIN?
You can change your card’s PIN at any time simply by calling the number on the back of your card, or visiting online at www.bankofamerica.com/lincolnrebates.
Will my rebate expire?
Yes. Take advantage of your rebate before the date indicated on the front of your card. Once the card expires, it will be deactivated.
How do gas stations use my card?
It’s best to see the attendant inside and specify how much you’d like to spend. Your card could be declined at the pump if it can’t cover the purchase.
How do restaurants use my card?
Most restaurants will check that your card has enough funds to cover the purchase in addition to a 15-20% gratuity. If your rebate can’t cover a tip, tell the server you will pay it in cash.
How do ATMs use my card?
Unfortunately, ATMs won’t have any use for your rebate card. It can only be used for transactions wherever Visa Debit is accepted.
