Please note that Nevada Division of Welfare & Supportive Services – Child Support has changed its process for distributing your benefits payments.

  • What's happening: As of July 31, 2021, Nevada Division of Welfare & Supportive Services – Child Support stopped depositing funds to Bank of America debit card accounts. Your Bank of America card account will remain active until May 15, 2022 so that you can use it to transfer or spend down any remaining funds until that date, subject to the terms of the cardholder agreement. We will deactivate your card, and your account will be closed on May 15, 2022.
  • What you need to do: To transfer funds to your existing checking or savings account or to a business, select the "Transfer funds" option within this site. To receive a check or to discuss your options for retrieving any remaining funds, please call the number listed on the back of your card. If your card expired or was lost after April 15, 2022 it will not be reissued, but you can still access any remaining funds by requesting a funds transfer or a check for the balance. After June 16, 2022, the only way you will be able to obtain any remaining balance from us will be to request a paper check.
  • For more information: Please contact Nevada Division of Welfare & Supportive Services – Child Support for further information on receiving ongoing or new payments.
